Why is a Dyslexia Assessment beneficial to employees?

Why is a Dyslexia Assessment beneficial to employees? There is also government funding (Access to work) available to support staff with dyslexia and we offer assessments to support these funding applications. Typically, an employee would have support that is part funded by government with a small contribution by employers, which includes computer technology, for example a Dictaphone, a laptop with software to support reading, writing and planning and 1:1 support tailored to individual needs.
